Glasshouses 21 has a gorgeous balcony with an unmatched view of the Hudson River front and the downtown Manhattan. The two levels can be rented together or separately and each space can accommodate up to 200 guests for cocktail parties and 150 guests for sit down dinners- there is no minimum party size for events.
